By the end of 2008, Shanghai Yongqing had 30 direct outlets and a staff of up to 600. Our competitiveness and strong potential has also been reflected in our overall sales and individual outlet sales in the Shanghai market. Even as the downturn in the housing market saw other realty agents close their offices in 2008, Shanghai Yongqing continued to grow at a steady pace and surpass competitors with far more outlets and total sales.
